From raw material selection to final products, we implement a strict quality control system. We use high-purity glass materials, advanced manufacturing processes, and multiple quality inspections to ensure that every piece of glassware meets international standards in terms of clarity, durability, and safety.
We use high-purity quartz sand, soda ash, limestone, and other premium raw materials to ensure that our glass is free of impurities and has excellent transparency. All materials comply with FDA and LFGB food-grade safety standards and come with quality inspection reports from our suppliers.
Our quality control process covers several critical stages, including:
- Melting Control: Glass is melted at over 1400°C to ensure uniformity and eliminate bubbles.
- Precision Molding: Advanced molds and forming techniques guarantee accurate product dimensions.
- Annealing Treatment: Glass is annealed to remove internal stress, enhancing heat resistance and durability.
- Appearance Inspection: Products with cracks, bubbles, black spots, or deformations are rejected.
- Size & Weight Testing: Laser measuring instruments ensure consistency in specifications.
- Heat & Impact Resistance Testing: Simulations of temperature variations and physical impacts verify durability.
- Food Safety Testing: We ensure that our glassware is lead-free and cadmium-free, meeting global food-contact safety standards.
Our glassware undergoes rigorous thermal shock testing and can withstand temperature differences ranging from 100°C to 20°C without breaking. Some products use high borosilicate glass, which enhances heat resistance.
We use professional packaging solutions, including foam fillers, EPE pearl cotton, reinforced cartons, and pallet packaging. Drop tests are conducted to ensure that the products remain intact during shipping.
